Per Aisha: Please add the ability to search deleted content (ability to search deleted posts/topics by member would be ideal).

My own suggestion: Add a tick box next to each deleted topic/post and add "Delete Checked" and "Restore Checked" options at the bottom along with a disclaimer that all content deleted in this manner cannot be recovered. Also, please give search results the same functionality for easier management.

Yes please. This solves all problems with anyone complaining about the trash can.
