Something buggy with time codes in IPB 3.1.1?

It appears to me that time-of-posting does not display properly in Quote boxes. That is, a user posted at 8:34, but when the post made at 8:34 is Quoted, the quote box indicates that the original post was made at 12:34. Is this a bug or a feature?

A minor kerfuffle ensued when one user accused another of somehow hacking the database to derange post display order.... We find no evidence of wrongdoing.

This was fixed in 3.1.3. The current version of IP.Board is 3.2.0. :)
