Is there a quota or limit on how many likes i.e positive points a member can give in a particular day?

If there is a daily limit, is there a place where I can specify how many points a member can give in particular day.

or is this some error/bug issue

I see. When editing "Groups", it's under the "Global" tab. Under "Reputation"...
