Permissions and topic follow suggestion

Not sure how easy this would be to do but If a member has permission for a forum and follows a few topics and then looses permission shouldn't that member also no longer receive notifications from followed topics?

Have you actually tested this? Because there is permission checking.

Nope not speculation I am following threads on here that I do not have permission to and getting the email notifications of replies.
