IPB 3.2 - B1: Posts should be default selected in "Deleted content"

Hi, when you go into deleted content now the tab "Topics" are selected by default. To my knowledge it's a lot more common to delete posts rather than topics, so I think it would make much more sense to have the default tab be posts instead of topics.

I would prefer a hybrid view of course, but even just changing it to have the default tab to be "posts" would be a lot better in my opinion.
