USER responded to your thread

I feel like this already exists and I'm just missing it somewhere... but I'd like a notification option for when someone responds to a thread I've created, since I almost always like to keep up with those.

You can either click on "Watch topic" at the top of any topic, or you can edit your preferences to always get notified by new posts in topics you reply in.
