Topic Multi-Moderation and open/close topic requests

I have two suggestions for future versions of IPB.

The first is to add an option into the Topic Multi-Moderation system that allows us to unsubscribe people to a topic. For example if we close a topic, and have no intention of reopening it, then it would be handy to unsubscribe everyone to it as well.

Also would it be possible to change, or make a ACP setting, so that when you open or close a topic it brings you back to the topic you were working on rather than the forum index for that topic. That can be handy, especially when opening a topic.
