I want to say thank you then mark it as resolved in ONE click like I used to be able to before you switched to IP Nexus. 2. Show renewal prices with each purchase.
Mark Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Marking resolved and replying are deliberately two separate things now. If you reply and mark resolved at the same time, we'll never see your reply, as we only show open tickets on the back end.
