Use Full Editor in pm

If for example I am sending a pm and then I realize I want to underline a word, of course I cannot do it unless I use the full editor.

So I press to switch to full editor but then the words I have already written disappear and I have to start all over again in the full editor.

Is there a way to keep the words you have already written in a pm when you switch to the full editor?

(apart from copy and paste of course!)

It keeps what you've typed when you switch to the Full Editor. If it's not doing that on your site, then you'll want to submit a ticket in your Client Area, as per the note at the top of the page.

Thank you for your reply Michael and the info on what to do about it.

At the moment all it keeps when you switch to Full Editor is the Message Subject.

I can confirm that Full Editor does work as it should using Internet Explorer.

However it does not keep what you type when using Opera.

Is this a known fact?

EDIT.. Happens in Opera using XP or Win7 SP1
