While all the new features look great and all, have there been changes made to make IP.Board preform and run faster? Compared to most forum softwares like xf, mybb, smf, IPB tends to be the slower loading competitor.

I hope so as I have noticed the same but for a long time. speed wise smf is the fastest but also has very few features.

Keep in mind that load speed involves many factors from your skin to your web host to, yes, IP.Board's code itself. It's a joint effort :)
