Style Problem

Hello,

when i install a Style in version 3.1.4 is the style ok.

But when i click "sign in" than open a little Window for "Sign in", i give the Login dates and click under the "Sgin in".

Now come a Error

"[#10193] We encountered a problem processing your login request. Please try again. "

what can i make for bugged ?
