Global Moderators in IPB

Hello,

My friend haves a forum from IPB, where I am a moderator. He wants improve me to the group Global Moderators, but he don't can find the possibility to add that group. He can't find that group anywhere. Is it a app? Or is it just a basic function? We use IP.Board version 3.1.4. We don't have a domain, but we use 'invisionzone'.

I hope this is enough information. If you need more, then say that.

Oh, and when it's possible, can the person who's tell me that, also tell me hów you do that?

At a guess, you want to be what is called a Super Moderator.

Your friend could create a new moderator group (based on the existing Moderator group) with Super Moderator privileges. It's easy enough to set up and may be found here -

ACP > Member Groups > Manage User Groups
