One thing that's annoyed me a bit is when I'm in chat and I click on someones name to send them a message, if I have the ability to kick them, the kick and ban options appear before the pm/block options, moving those two options down. So if I'm used to click one spot to private chat somewhere that I don't have mod powers, but then chat somewhere that I do, I could accidentally kick or ban someone when I mean to chat or block them instead.

So I was thinking that the mod functions could be appended to the menu that shows up, instead of prepended.
