Suggestion: Dual Rule Group Promotion

Hi there

It doesn't seem to be a current feature on the site, it seems that you can only choose either to promote once a user reaches a certain amount of posts or after a certain amount of time.

I would like to request a way of using both rules at the same time, Ie. the user gets promoted if they get 250 posts and/or they have been on the site for 6 months or more.

I think this would be extremely useful! :)
