Secondary Users on accounts

It would be very useful if you could set up secondary users on accounts with email addresses that are already registered.

For example I have to use a second account and post under that account if I wish to view and participate in some forums, due to some extra products expiring as they are not currently in use.

Likewise if two users here worked together they cannot currently be secondary users on each others account and get access to the same forums.
