Improve forumDataSync.php functionality

It's a good start, but I'd like to see more functionality here

• Approve/Unapprove Topic
• Approve/Unapprove Post
• Soft Delete (post and topic)
• Soft Un Delete (post and topic)
• Move Topic
  

There's probably a few more I've forgotten to add, but it would be super if you could implement most if not all of these :)
