Rules 1 and 11 are somewhat redundant.

Number 12 isn't really a rule, but more of a reminder.

If something is a rule, there's no reason to say please.

Then above you have the non-numbered rules that have many that conflict with each other.

I do agree that 1 and 11 do some similar, but also I disagree with them saying please as it doesn't really matter if they do. Also the un numbered rules, even though some may have a conflict with another it wont be a huge conflict.

Edit: Sorry for the huge bump, just going through the different topics in this forum and reading/responding to them.
