Suggestion: More Poll Options

1. Closing time for poll.

2. If a tie exists upon closing time, option to keep open until tie is broken.

3. "Who Voted" info for admins for non-public polls.

Polls are great for forum contests (voting for the best entry, etc.), but they are tough without these options.
