Randomized default cookie settings

Doing a few test installs (such as the beta testing installs I did), something occurred to me.

For new/fresh installs, it would be useful to have a random cookie name set so that if there is already an install of IPB running on the domain somewhere, it will be less likely to have conflicts. For those who know enough to install multiple boards but aren't too savvy about cookie settings or troubleshooting, this simple added feature could potentially reduce the number of issues people have when they install multiple boards.

It's an extremely minor request and I would imagine something that could be easily implemented. :)
