Couple of ideas

So I had two ideas of things that would be awesome to see.

First:
Grant forum permission access by a Profile Field, I use profile fields as my lazy db for a lot of my stuff, just make it so no one can see them except Admins and supers, but I'd really like the ability to grant access to forums based on what is contained in their profile field.

Second:
Kind of like what you have in your client area, how a user can create an account for another user and then be able to limit what that user can do on the forums/site.
