Profile Picture vs. Avatar

Another vote for this suggestion - it's very confusing seeing profile pics popping up in many areas, as you become familiar with avatars. Just make an option for avatar uploads (I don't like the idea of off-site avatar hosting anyway) and then thumbnails can be generated and shown.
