Skin Generator - missing heading & Tabs!

Hi All,

I was wondering if somebody might be able to help me, I have used the Skin Generator to come up with a new swanky theme - great I thought. But after installing the theme, clearing cache etc the header block and coloured tabs are missing, please see attached file.

I did try double re-caching\rebuilding the theme and re-installing the theme but this did not fix the problem :( I had a troll through the forum but could not find anything so though I would post. Thank you for any help in advance.
