My friends board upgraded to 3.1.0 beta 1. We encountered a trouble with a url link. So we installed from scratch and created a new database and moved the forums and forum_perms.... But theirs no way to get our permissions re-built.... You guys should you make a way to re-build your permissions for forum permissions.

Well, for starters you should not be upgrading a live site to a beta, we've tried to make that very clear. As for the problem mentioned, yes, you can rebuild forum permissions, you just need to get the data from the permission_index table.

Thanks we just fixed. Also it isn't a live site, we are getting everything updated and fixed. We may go live in 4-6 weeks.
