Additonal Applications ACP Isssue

Not sure whether to report this as a bug or whether it is deliberate.

Normally when you don't have an IPS application installed it obviously gives you the option to purchase them at the top of the page.

Now when you install one of the apps it disappears from the purchase additional applications section.

The issues comes when you disable one of the apps,(not removing, just turning it off) the app then reappears in the purchase section.

Surely if you have it installed irrespective of whether you have it on or off it shouldn't show you the purchase options.
