I'm yet to see a CRM actually work like that




If I keep posting updates then in theory they will never see my ticket on top. Something seems wrong with that if so. Me being helpful then hurts me. Since no one is free to help at this hour I am debugging and would like to post an update on what I find before bed. If I do I run the risk on them waiting longer to read my ticket. That seems wrong for sure. :(

Your position in the queue is not affected if you reply when it's already open.
