3.1 Feature Request - Tags & Tag cloud

I've seen this in the huge feature request thread several times, but would like to make sure it doesn't get lost. I'd like the ability for Tags in topics and an optional Tag Cloud that can appear in the right column where watched topics/recent topics etc are.

I'm getting a bunch of requests for this from our users so I'd really really like to see this included.

it's on our list, I can't say yet what version it will show up in, but we definitely have not forgotten about it :)
