It is awesome that we can rely upon you and your team for timely expert support through your regular ticket system. Question - Does IP offer a paid project support service? It wouldn't necessarily be for modifications but for assisting with the coordination of various product features and fine tuning stylesheets etc. For example, the creation and layout of IP.Content databases, integration to homepage (and stylesheet formatting), bringing in regular PHP under the Raw PHP format etc. Things that aren't corrective measures but assisting in the development of a site under the IP.Content umbrella. If so, can you share some information about it?

Mark Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 It depends what you need. We can provide custom services, but it's dealt with on a case-by-case basis. For example, SSO and custom skins are something we do quite a lot, but we wouldn't get in to, for example, making a modification which required lots of fundamental changes since this causes headaches for support. Best thing to do, drop sales@invisionpower.com an Email with as much details as you can provide about your needs. If we can't do it, we'll be able to give you some third-parties you can contact.
