Is there no more paid subscriptions that you can set up on version 3.0.5? and if there is how do i set them up cause i want to be able to have a donation setup for my community?

It is a separate add-on you download from your client center. In your Client Center, go to Downloads, and then look for IP.Subscriptions. You download it from there, upload it to your forums, and then install it like any other application.
