Suggestion: Post html for other members or precede their post in a topic

If an admin or mod has the right to post in html then it would be nice if that permission was also with them when they edit a post made by another member.

Currently there is no way to edit their post and add html to that post.

Depending upon whether they could still edit their post afterwards the html would stop working if they edited it of course. In most cases of ordinary members their rights to edit the post would end anyway.

Either that or have the ability to make a post that would appear above their post in a topic.

So if we wanted to make a detailed post at the start of a long thread, we could either edit the opening with HTML or probably more ethically make a post that was shown first in the thread that could contain html.
