Setting chat opening times

I would have posted this in p2p but there a section currently anyhoo, I would like to set the opening hours in my chatroom from 5pm-1am GMT however with chat being hosted with you guys do we need to set it to whatever the equilivent time is in ips' timezone? Thanks in advance. :)

You set the time of your local IPB install :)

While our servers host the message transactions, all other operations (authorizing access, open times, kicking, etc.) are handled by the local IP.Board application.

Just to add it would be nice when the room isnt enabled the times rather than just an error message.
