Personal conversations - compose reply

Today I had to respond to a personal conversation with some sensitive information - and it was important that the information stayed private. So in compose reply window - all it says is "Compose reply" with no indication of who you are replying to or what message you are replying to. Now I was pretty sure I had clicked the correct conversation etc - but still it would be nice to have a little context in the reply window like:

Reply to "Where did you go for your hemorrhoid surgery" by JohnG

or something so I'm sure I'm not going to make an embarrassing mistake.
