I just had my board upgraded and was seeking to fix these loose ends. Working on the update as we speak, and aren't too far from a release. New in this version is the option to use Mibbit instead of the ancient and abandoned PJIRC. Mibbit is powered by AJAX (similar to IP.Chat), and is loaded in an iframe. PJIRC uses a Java applet, that has been flagged as unsafe in the recent updates to Java. Also, both of these "chat windows" will adjust to the size of your browser. Instead of having it fixed at a 400px height, it will follow your browsers window, even if you resize it. Here's a sneak for you If you have feature requests you want to see in the initial version, speak out now!
Martin A. Posted October 22, 2011 Author Posted October 22, 2011 [quote name='MC CEO' timestamp='1319321388' post='2185771'] ah cool, can't wait til it's finished It'll be available here once it's been approved by the Marketplace moderators :)
cofee_iv Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Thank you! Works great. I have a question, though. Is it possible to integrate http://www.lightirc.com/ instead of the two choices given? The one recommended is banned from my server and the other one is quite dull. the http://www.lightirc.com/ has emoticons, colors, etc. If it is possible, could you tell me how it can be switched? Thanks!
