This modification will make the post editor more simple and more closely resemble the editor that was in 2.1.7 with the removal of the "Quick Access" box and enlargement of the "Smilie Box" and also many of the editor features/icons are removed as well as the "Insert Image" icon to prevent members from linking to offsite images that may become dead links later. The zip file includes a picture of what it will look like and instructions in the install.html file. Will also make the editor render better on smaller monitors or with a side bar open.
