It would be great if we could determine how many emails to send in an hour. There are many hosts that limits the outgoing emails, and for example if the hosts has a limit of 300 email/day and you have 500 users and want to send them an email it is a big problem.
Unfortunately many hosts do this that's why this feature would be useful. I think mybb has something similar.

It also comes handy if you have a lot of users.

There is an option to set how many emails to send per cycle. My host allows 500 emails per hour, so If I change the amount of emails per cycle from 50 to 10, I shouldn't have a problem. However, I'd agree it might be easier for the end user to set how many emails to send per hour.
