Ability to use BBCode in Poll Questions

I'd like to make Poll Questions have bigger/bolder text, not just the choices for answers, especially since I would like to explain something in the question and people may not scroll down to the actual post until after they have voted in the topic which defeats the purpose to me.

Either a way to put Polls below the post until the member votes or a way to use BBCode in the Question would be a great change. ;)
