Need Help!

I run a sports forum and we were going to code a skin that we got and for every skin when we go onto the site it says this

Fatal error: Call to undefined method skin_boards_23::online_today() in /home/themogul/public_html/sports/sources/lib/func_boardstats.php on line 264


When ever we make a new skin set on the board it says the same thing. Any idea on how to fix it or what it could be? We use IPB 2.3.4
