Always quick edit

I know this is something you can easily do in the skin, but it may make more sense if it was the default...

Basically instead of getting a menu when clicking on edit, just simply go to quick edit automatically. If java script is disabled, it would go to full edit. From quick edit if it's needed, the user can choose the full editor button. Also, you could make it where if the user is holding "Shift" while clicking it would use the full editor.

For me I rarely go back into the full editor. Most of the time it's to fix simple spelling or grammatical mistakes.
