License Question

Hello,

I should know this since I been here so long ;) .

I purchased a Standard IPB License. I can have one live and open to registrations and one live but not open to registrations for development?

Yes you can, as long as the second board is unaccessible to the public (either localhost (offline), or board registrations disabled), then it is allowed.
