Email problem

I originally bought my IP address with an email address that was removed when i changed my home ISP provider, however i have just purchased the IP Blog module with my new email address however i have hit a problem ive wrong upload the files into an incorrect location which as knocked the forum offline, my issue is i cannot log on to download the the IP Board software to reupload because i cannot remember the password and also cant have a password sent because that email account no longer exists.

Ive raised a ticket with IPS however i mentioned the above problem and i got a response of we have changed this new account to the email address ive signed up with now, but they havent amended my old account.

Anyone got any ideas i really cant sit around waiting for IPS!
