Is it possible to use my own domain?

I was wondering if it was possible to use my own domain name if I were to buy the $20 a month community package from here - http://www.invisionpower.com/hosting/community.html

Im planning on buying a domain, and I'd like to use that rather than the usual http://NAMEHERE.invisionboard.com

Is this possible? Could someone explain?

Yes, you can choose to use your own domain name with any of our hosting packages - however the package prices don't include the registration fee for the domain name :)

I meant if I were to buy one elsewhere, e.g from 1and1.co.uk, could I use that here?

Yep :) You simply need to submit a ticket after purchasing the package and we'll let you know what to set the nameservers to and get it setup on your account.
