Pin the first post in a topic

I help run a forum for the classic minis, and we tend to get involved in organising lots of events. It would be really useful if, when in topic view, the first post (the one that generally holds all the information about the event, times, dates, location, etc) could be pinned at the top of each page for that topic.

I believe this is already a feature. 'Linear Plus' topic view.
