how do i find my email?

i was use to logging in IPB using my username

and since its been a while and i dont have my org email address i cant log in using my org account bodrul

how do i find the email i used for that?
and how do i find the email i used to purchase my IPB so i can purchase an upgrade ($30 extention thingy)
