show allowed filetypes to upload

Many users don't know that certain filetypes aren't allowed to be uploaded through the attachment system. It'd be helpful if the posting screen shows which filetypes are supported.

I think that would be too many to show, how about the filetypes you are allowed, in a pop-up, would be good.
