Support problem - non customer

Hi,

I have a number of queries about hosting.

When I email them to the support@invision address I get directed to a client support area - Im not a customer so I cant access this area to see the response to my query!

If I can recall my memory, the reply will be sent to your email address. All emails sent, I think are piped into Nexus, so an automated reply will be instantly sent out....

Yeah, you should see an auto-reply after you've sent your first message. After that, any replies from the staff should also be sent to your email. Unless something has changed :/
