When I log on to IPS beyond, a forum appears saying the I have an expired license. It also indicates that if I am a new member, it could take 24 hours for our company to be recognized.

I bought a full license on thursday.

It is now Sunday.

Can anyone help?

Just have to wait it out I guess. Try e-mailing sales@invisionpower.com and see if you can have them sort it out. I know Bfarber runs the site, so he probably would be help you.

What I would so is send a PM to 'bfarber' on IPSBeyond. He has fixed this problem for me in the past.

Swkramer won't be able to PM bfarber on IPS Beyond, if his account is as Expired, because Expired Members can't send PM's over there. The best bet would probably be to PM bfarber here on the IPS Company Forums.

I think it takes like 48 business hours for the purchase to go through. I payed for my IPB license Friday night, and still I have my IPB as a pending invoice which says is still not payed for. So I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday for me. Yours should be done Monday.

This is what shows up in the client area. In addition, IPS has upgraded my message board. Clearly, I am not using an expired license.

Package: IP.Board: Community Suite (Business)

Package Status Active
Purchase Date 05/03/07
Pending Invoices? No
Renewal Date 11/02/07

This is really better suited for a ticket. As others have mentioned our billing and sales departments were closed over the weekend. We are working hard to catch up on all of the tickets submitted over the weekend and will be glad to assist you as soon as possible. If you have not already submitted a ticket, please do so now. I am going to close this topic as it is not really feedback.
