swkramer Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 When I log on to IPS beyond, a forum appears saying the I have an expired license. It also indicates that if I am a new member, it could take 24 hours for our company to be recognized.I bought a full license on thursday.It is now Sunday. Can anyone help?

The best bet would probably be to PM bfarber here on the IPS Company Forums.

I payed for my IPB license Friday night, and still I have my IPB as a pending invoice which says is still not payed for. So I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday for me. Yours should be done Monday.

Jonathan S. Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 This is really better suited for a ticket. As others have mentioned our billing and sales departments were closed over the weekend. We are working hard to catch up on all of the tickets submitted over the weekend and will be glad to assist you as soon as possible. If you have not already submitted a ticket, please do so now.
