"Member Title" moderator can't edit?

In AdminCP there's a feature that allows a member edit their member title. But there's no way for a moderator to edit it if it's inappropriate?

Also some things with forum leaders... Shouldn't the admin block be seperated from the moderator block? Online indicator? Prefix/Suffix?

This should be added to the "edit profile" options available to super moderators (or those allowed to edit such).

They are, unless you have them all in the same group (sharing pre/su-ffix) and/or all have been marked as administrators (acp access) super moderators.
