bmhrules Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 I've looked (Though I admit not really hard...) for a way to disable smilies/emoticons when sending a PM. Is there an option for this? And if not, could we get a tick box in the PM screen to disable them?

bmhrules Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 The same question could be asked of why you would want to disable them in posts. Why is the feature there? I find them personally annoying. I want to send a hex value with a punctuational colon in it, or an IPv6 to someone VIA pm, they get hit with a smile instead.
