Client area lost password

Guys, please help a frustrated user...

I've lost my client area password and the "lost password link" doesn't work - I never receive the email with my new password. It's not spam binned.

I've tried email billing, sales and support @. I get the auto responder saying "we have received your ticket, click here to respond", but the link is to the client area and I get no other communication from IP. I've been reporting this problem since before Christmas.

Please help.

Firstly, if the lost password link isn't working, check your junk email folder. Try using the lost password tool, wait 30 minutes, then check again. If you're sure you're not getting the emails at all, I would email sales@invisionpower.com - asking them to email you your password.

I am sorry for the issues you are having with our lost password system. If you can PM me your First and Last name, Physical Address, E-mail Address, and Phone number I will be happy to provide you with your password.

Definitely not being spam binned. I get all the other emails from IPS, just not the lost PW one. I've PM'd Jonathan with the requested details.

For anyone having similiar issues, please just email sales[at]invisionpower.com and ensure you provide your full name, address and email address and we will be able to assist you promptly :)
