Tankbuster Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 Guys, please help a frustrated user...I've lost my client area password and the "lost password link" doesn't work - I never receive the email with my new password. It's not spam binned.I've tried email billing, sales and support @. I get the auto responder saying "we have received your ticket, click here to respond", but the link is to the client area and I get no other communication from IP. Try using the lost password tool, wait 30 minutes, then check again. If you can PM me your First and Last name, Physical Address, E-mail Address, and Phone number I will be happy to provide you with your password.
