[Feature Request] Slave Database for Search

In the moment big boards like mine (www.germanscooterforum.de) lock completely up if some users do a search at the same time.
Someone in the IPS Forum had a good idea in order to prevent this: By using a replicated slave Database only for searching purposes.
There are only a few things that have to be modified, here's the detailed description:

bfarber has already sorted this I think - re-did the search algorithm - due for release with 2.2.2 i think, but he will install it for you now if you fancy it, check out this topic :)
